Our clients using our services recruit one or more talents within 30 days maximum. Our recruitment services are fully paid based on success at a single rate representing 23% of the gross salary of the person recruited.

Invoicing is carried out upon signing the employment promise and must be paid immediately after signing.

Of course we know how to be flexible to always respond quickly, efficiently and adapted to a unique problem. This is why we have chosen to replace talents who have not been with our clients for more than 3 months. This flexibility is structured a bit like a trial period, it does not have the contractual and legal vocation to replace it.
