Job Description


The Senior Account Executive plays a crucial role within the company, being responsible for the management and growth of strategic client accounts. He ensures a solid customer relationship, identifies sales opportunities, and ensures continued customer satisfaction. This professional is the main point of contact for clients, and works closely with internal teams to ensure impeccable service delivery.


Typical day of an Account Executive (non-exhaustive)


- 8:30 a.m.: Team meeting to discuss the day's objectives and current projects.

- 9:00 a.m.: Review emails and respond to urgent customer requests.

- 10:00 a.m.: Preparation and participation in meetings with key customers to discuss their needs and propose solutions.

- 12:00 p.m.: Lunch with a potential client to explore new partnership opportunities.

- 2:00 p.m.: Analysis of customer account performance and preparation of reports for management.

- 3:30 p.m.: Coordination with internal teams (marketing, technical support, etc.) to resolve customer problems.

- 5:00 p.m.: Response to latest customer requests and planning activities for the next day.

- 6:00 p.m.: End of the working day, sometimes with events or international calls in the evening.


Level of studies 🎓

- Qualification required: Bachelor's degree in commerce, marketing, management or related field.

- Desired qualifications: Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent.


Required Experiences 💪

- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in account management, sales or customer service in a B2B environment.

- Demonstrated experience in managing strategic customer accounts and achieving sales quotas.
